VOGAR. Inaugural show of the Catalan Capital of Culture

<p><strong>Vogar</strong> is a tribute to the seafaring women of Lloret de Mar who, looking at the horizon, set their feet firmly on dry land and took on the tasks of captains of their homes while their desires, fears, yearnings and very often their loves took to the sea. <strong>Vogar</strong> is a visual and aerial spectacle, where the emotions of this seafaring woman are humanised and give prominence to the façade of the Casa de la Cultura as a symbol of the emotional and cultural heritage that Lloret has towards the sea, and how the gaze fixed in the distance has enriched the character and imaginary of the town. Vogar is a wild leap into the soul of this human lighthouse that embellishes the coastline of the Costa Brava. <strong>Vogar</strong> can be you, an oar and the immensity.</p>
